Prom Season Apprenticeship

This is a one-on-one, hands-on apprenticeship offering real access to couture prom production during peak season.

You’ll be in the studio observing real gowns from start to finish while learning couture construction, workflow, pricing strategy, and how professional designers manage timelines, clients, and production during prom season.

This is not a class or course — this is real studio production happening in real time.

What You’ll Experience

• Observe real prom gowns from start to finish
• Assist with prep work (cutting, organizing, pinning) when permitted
• Learn couture construction techniques and garment structure
• Watch fittings, adjustments, and real-time problem solving
• Gain insight into pricing strategy, scheduling, and client management
• Learn how couture designers structure prom season to generate $8k–$12k per month

Schedule | Weekdays only

• 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Set days each week (no drop-ins)

• This is a real production environment
• Observation-first; hands-on participation is at the designer’s discretion
• No phones during studio time
• Must be punctual and professional
• This apprenticeship does not include certification or guaranteed outcomes
• This is one-on-one access — one apprentice total
